Monsignor William Lynn Defends Himself

Monsignor William Lynn took the stand Wednesday in his own defense. Lynn told the jurors of the sex-abuse trial that he didn’t have the authority to make priest transfers or put a priest on leave. NBC10’s Terry Ruggles reports.
