Mini Markets Accused of Paying Shoplifters to Steal From Delaware CVS and Walgreens Stores

Police said five mini markets in Wilmington, Delaware, were shut down after they paid shoplifters to steal from local CVS and Walgreens stores and then bring the stolen items back to their businesses where they sold them for a higher price.
