Military Veteran Struck and Killed in Hit-and-Run in Fern Rock

A 71-year-old military veteran was struck and killed by a drunk driver who then fled the scene in the Fern Rock section of Philadelphia, according to police. The hit-and-run driver was then arrested after he crashed into a fence, investigators said. NBC10’s Aundrea Cline-Thomas spoke to the victim’s neighbor.
