Memorializing Victims 5 Years After Deadly Collapse

The City of Philadelphia dedicated a park in memory of the six lives lost in the Salvation Army building collapse five years ago Tuesday. Families of the victims and Mayor Jim Kenney had the opportunity to speak in the dedication service Tuesday.
