Nutter Gives Personal Apology to Woman Hit by Cop

Aida Guzmun received a personal apology from Mayor Michael Nutter at his office in City Hall on Friday. Guzman was knocked to the ground by Lt. Jonathan Josey last weekend during Puerto Rican Day Parade festivies. NBC10’s Doug Shimell reports.
