New City Officer Targets Tax Deadbeats

Tom Knudsen, former head of Philadelphia Gas Works, is the city’s first Chief Collections Officer. His first responsibility in his new role will be to track down people who are writing bad checks to the city. NBC10’s Daralene Jones reports the details.
