Man Claims He Owns ‘Levi' the Wolf-Dog

Kasey Lyons claims he is the owner of the mysterious wolf-dog that has been roaming around Pennypack Park. Lyons told NBC10’s Terry Ruggles that he bought the wolf-dog hybrid in Florida for his fiancé at the time and named him Levi. NBC10’s Terry Ruggles reports.
