Man Charged in Off-Duty Philly Cop'ss Death

A driver is facing charges after police say he intentionally hit and killed an off-duty Philadelphia Police officer who was riding a bike late Sunday night. Police say Officer Marc Brady was at the corner of Musgrave and East Meehan Avenue in East Mount Airy when he was hit by the car. According to investigators, the officer and the driver knew each other, and have a history of bad blood. The driver is now facing homicide by vehicle and involuntary manslaughter charges.
