Man Caught on Camera Juggling Kittens: SPCA

NBC10 has obtained video that shows what investigators with the Pennsylvania SPCA say is one of the most gruesome cases of animal abuse they’ve ever seen. They say the man caught on tape is 25-year-old Yuzhen Chen, the owner of the Red Star Chinese take-out restaurant in Logan. NBC10’s Claudia Rivero reports.
