Hit-and-Run Hurts Biker, Suspected Driver Found Sleeping

A hit-and-run driver ran down a man on a bicycle and sped away early Friday in North Philadelphia. Witnesses then helped police track down the suspected driver asleep in a running car in East Falls. The driver is suspected of DUI.
