NJ Man Accused of Faking Own Boating Accident Death Goes to Court

Andrew Biddle who is accused of faking his own death in a boating accident will make his first court appearance Tuesday. Investigators believe Biddle staged the accident and seven-month disappearance in order to avoid prosecution of fraud charges he was already facing.
