Man Sues Six Flags Over Cellphone That Hit Him

A man is suing Six Flags Great Adventure, claiming a flying cellphone hit him when he was on a roller coaster. The man claims he lost sight in one eye and is filing a federal lawsuit seeking more than $75,000 in damages.
