A man was checking the air pressure on his SUV when two men opened fire on him, according to police.
The shooting happened at 8:00 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of 7th and Venango Streets in the Tioga section of Philadelphia.
Police on the scene tell NBC10 that they are searching for the two men, and say they know the identity of one of them.
The victim is expected to survive.
