Man Accused of Beating Elderly Man

Philadelphia police have now identified and arrested the man they say was seen on disturbing surveillance video beating, punching and kicking a 75-year old man. NBC10’s Nefertiti Jaquez finds out the suspect has a history of violent behavior.
