Man left to die on sidewalk near St. Joe's after Philly shooting, police say

A man was found shot on the ground near City Avenue and Cardinal Avenue, near Saint Joseph’s University overnight. He was pronounced dead at the hospital. NBC10’s Deanna Durante has the latest.
