Man Killed in Shootout With Police, Officials Say

A man was shot and killed after he allegedly opened fire at police officers following a traffic stop in Philadelphia’s Olney neighborhood. An officer was also shot in the foot during the shootout. NBC10’s Aaron Baskerville speaks with witnesses.
