Dying Driver Manages to Get Off Highway

Officials say the driver of a pickup truck had a heart attack while driving and lost control of his vehicle near the sports complex in South Philadelphia early Monday. The man managed to get off Interstate 95 before crashing. He later died at Jefferson University Hospital.
