Man Goes Fishing Over Broad Street Storm Drain

Those who walked near Broad and Race streets in Center City Wednesday caught an unusual sight. A man who was fishing over a storm drain. Mike Iaconelli claims he’s been city fishing since he was a kid and has caught everything from catfish, to eels to rats. While it may appear unusual to many, he insist it’s a fun and relaxing hobby.
