Man Gets 15 to 30 Years After Plea In Teen's Shooting Death

A western Pennsylvania man has been sentenced to 15 to 30 years in prison after pleading guilty in the shooting death of a teenager more than two years ago.

Twenty-four-year-old Brandon Sewell of Pittsburgh pleaded guilty to third-degree murder and other counts Monday in Allegheny County Court.

Authorities said Ne'Ondre Harbour wasn't the intended target of the defendant's gunfire, which stemmed from a neighborhood dispute in October 2012.

The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports that Sewell apologized for his actions in court Monday.
