Man Found Not Guilty Thanks to Cell Phone Video

A man has been found not guilty, partially due to a cell phone video that was recorded the night he was arrested. Police claimed that the man was blocking the intersection for pedestrian traffic. NBC10’s Rosemary Connors was on the scene in Center City.
