Man Falls Onto SEPTA Tracks

SEPTA releases surveillance video to NBC10 of a man falling off the Septa EL platform in West Philadelphia. The video shows the man appears to lose his balance, before falling onto the tracks. Luckily no trains were coming at the time. He climbed up some stairs and was able to get back on the platform safely.
