Man Exonerated After 28 Years in Prison

A man was freed from prison after the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office determined he was “likely innocent” of the 1991 Rittenhouse murder he was convicted of 28 years ago. NBC10 was there as the man reunited with his family.
