Man Charged with Shooting, Killing Ex-Wife Inside Wawa Makes Court Appearance

Brian Kennedy stepped into a courtroom Thursday for the first time since allegedly killing his ex-wife inside a Wawa in Radnor Township, Pennsylvania. Police say Kennedy, 34, fatally shot Stephanie Miller at the Delaware County convenience store on March 28. They frequently met at the location to exchange custody of their child. On Thursday, a teen employee who said he witnessed the murder described what he saw.
