Man arrested for slashings on the Pennypack Trail is now a suspect in cases dating back to 2003

Philadelphia police arrested Elias Diaz on Sunday after he allegedly slashed two people with a knife on the Pennypack Trail in November. Now, police say his DNA has been linked to a murder and several rape cases dating back 20 years. NBC10’s Aaron Baskerville has the latest on the new developments.
