Man Accused of Secretly Recording Women in Target Dressing Rooms

Abington Township Police arrested a man accused of using a pen with a built-in camera, to spy on women in a Target fitting room. NBC10’s Doug Shimell reports Target is now making changes to its dressing rooms in response.
