Man Accused in Shootout that Left Little Girl Dead Faces Victim's Family, Judge

An 18-year-old man accused in a Camden, New Jersey shootout that left an 8-year-old girl, Gabrielle Hill-Carter, dead in the crossfire faced arraignment Tuesday. Authorities say Tyhan Brown fled to Tennessee after the deadly shooting with the help of his mom and girlfriend. Only NBC10 was in the courtroom with cameras as Brown and the little girl’s relatives heard a judge rule on his bail. Cydney Long reports.
