A man shot three times died at Temple University Hospital Tuesday night. The shooting happened near the intersection of Garnet and York streets in North Philadelphia. So far no arrests.
Philadelphia police say a 22-year-old man has been fatally shot in the city's Strawberry Mansion section.
Police say the man was standing on a curb about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday when another man shot him three times then ran away.
Police say someone drove the victim to Temple University Hospital where he had emergency surgery and died.
Investigators are hoping surveillance video from the area will help them identify the shooter. Police say the suspect was wearing a white t-shirt and camouflage shorts.
