Main Roads Mostly Clear in Center City

If you’re heading into Center City Wednesday morning for your commute to work, the mains roads will probably be okay. The side roads, though, may still be a little slushy. NBC10’s Mitch Blacher has more on road conditions and what crews are doing to keep them safe.
