Made In America Festival Set for Holiday Weekend

Tens of thousands of fans will pack the Ben Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia for a 2-day concert featuring dozens of artists. NBC10’s George Spencer reports on the finishing touches being put into place, as well as reaction from neighbors who are bracing for a busy weekend.
