Lyft driver scores ticket to Mayor Parker's historic inauguration

One Philadelphia Lyft driver had the opportunity to attend the historic inauguration of Mayor Cherelle Parker. The driver did not plan on going but was presented with the offer while driving a Montgomery County commissioner to the venue. NBC10’s Lauren Mayk has his story.
