Luring Attempts Leave Parents on Edge

Parents in the Frankford section of Philadelphia are being warned about several attempted lurings of kids coming home from Harding Junior High School.There have been four incidents reported to police in the within the last two weeks. NBC10’s Katy Zachry reports.
