Victim's Parents React to Luring Arrest

A retired high-ranking Philadelphia Police officer was arrested for allegedly trying to lure an 8-year-old girl from outside her Roxborough home. NBC10’s Rosemary Connors spoke exclusively to the girl’s parents.
