New Philly Clinic Offers Low Cost Veterinary Care for Pets

Pet owners looking for low-cost veterinary care are in luck. Emancipet opened a low-cost clinic Tuesday on Adams Avenue in Northeast Philadelphia. They offer spray and neuter surgeries, vaccinations, microchips and treat common conditions in cats as well as dogs.
