Loved Ones Remember Teen Who Was Shot and Killed in West Philadelphia

Loved ones, teammates and community members held a vigil for a 16-year-old boy who was shot and killed in West Philadelphia last week. It’s another loss for Boys Latin Charter School. As NBC10’s Danny Freeman discovered, six students over the past five years have lost their lives to gun violence.
