Concerned Citizen Helps Cops Catch Burglar Suspect

Michael Reynolds has been charged with burglary after a citizen reported seeing Reynolds in his neighbor’s yard on Tuesday, said New Castle County Police. Reynolds was charged with burglary in the second degree, felony theft and conspiracy in the second degree.
