Local Swimmer Off to London 2012 Paralympics

Local paralympic swimmer Noga Nir-Kistler is on her way to the London 2012 Paralympics. Nir-Kistler told NBC10’s Doug Shimell that she loves the freedom she gets from swimming and the chance to be out of her wheelchair.
