A Philadelphia woman’s journey through the battles of drug addiction is the subject of a new documentary. In the documentary, ‘Utter Nonsense’, she highlights her family’s journey and struggles through drug abuse in the streets of Kensington. NBC10’s Matt DeLucia has the story.
