Stranger Pays Bill for Local Teacher Rewarding Her Best Students

A Delaware teacher made a special dinner date with some of her students, rewarding them for their good grades. She was rewarded at the end of the night, when another person at the restaurant, picked up the tab. NBC10 has their story.
