Local Help for Earthquake Victims in Puerto Rico

A series of earthquakes struck Puerto Rico on Tuesday morning. The damage has left parts of the island without power, injured at least eight people and killed one man. NBC10’s Steven Fisher tells us about people in our area who are ready to help the victims.
