Local Parishes Ask Families to House Visitors While Pope Is in Philly

More than 1 million people are expected in the Philadelphia area for Pope Francis’ visit during the World Meeting of Families next year. Center City and suburban hotels cannot accommodate everyone, so local parishes have begun asking families to open their doors to visiting students and entire families.
