Local Dog Gets ASPCA's Dog of the Year

Local canine, Sweet Pea, is a Camden rescued dog and will be honored with the Dog of the Year Award Thursday in New York City. Her owners created the Sweet Pea Fund which donates money to help other dogs with rough backgrounds, like Sweet Pea.
