A son slashed his father with a machete and cut himself with the weapon as well inside a Lindenwold, New Jersey home Monday, according to a law enforcement source.
The source told NBC10 the unidentified man attacked his father with a machete inside their home on Pine Grove Avenue around 5:30 p.m. The man, who suffers from mental health issues, also cut himself with the machete, according to the source.
Both the father and son were taken to the hospital. Officials have not yet revealed their conditions.
