Lawsuit Tied to Commissioner Ross' Resignation

Investigative Reporter Mitch Blacher combed through dozens of detailed allegations from two veteran police officers. Both officers were women, minorities and detailed the specific allegations of racial and sexual harassment they faced at work. Philadelphia Police Commissioner Richard Ross resigned after the lawsuit accused him of not properly handling the allegations.
