Rat Invasion in Northeast Philadelphia Neighborhood Puts Residents on High Alert

Health officials are trying to figure out how to contain a rat infestation overrunning Lawncrest in Northeast Philadelphia. Residents say they’re always around, even during the day. The city Health Department has been baiting the rats since Tuesday.
