Jay-Z Announces Philly Music Festival for Labor Day Weekend

Rap mogul Jay-Z made an announcement on the Art Museum steps on Monday. He announced that he will be headlining the Budwiser “Made in America” concert in Philly Labor Day weekend. The two day festival will feature 30 acts on three stages. NBC10’s Tim Furlong shares the details.
