Kutztown University Students Deal With 2 Separate Tragedies Over Weekend

Kutztown University students are dealing with two separate tragedies that occurred over the weekend. One person was killed in an off-campus shooting while a second person that attended an off-campus party fell into a dumpster and was later found dead at a recycling facility.
