Woman Faces Charges in Deadly Kensington Hit-and-Run

Jessica Ledee, the woman who Philadelphia police say ran over a homeless couple sleeping on a sidewalk in the Kensington neighborhood, turned herself in to police on Tuesday night. The woman who was run over, Rhiannon Broderick, died from her injuries.
