Kensington community groups worry they will not be allowed to give out food to people without permits

Some Kensington community groups have been told that starting in April, police will start ticketing groups giving out food without permits. While not a new rule, many groups fear they won’t be able to continue providing resources to those using drugs with the new crackdown. NBC10’s Karen Hua spoke with some of those leaders about how this will impact the community.
