Kensington barber has a mission to provide free haircuts to those in the community who need it most

Josh Santiago’s mobile barber shop “Empowering Cuts” is open three times a week for people in the Kensington community who need a free touch-up. Santiago has been giving out free haircuts for nine years in an effort to serve a community where drug addiction and homelessness impacts so many. NBC10’s Yukare Nakayama shares his story.
