Kenney Pushes for New Income Tax Credit System for Philadelphia Residents

The “You Earned It” campaign kicked off Friday at City Hall, and according to the IRS, the Earned Income Tax Credit can save money for people with low or moderate incomes. Mayor Jim Kenney is pushing for residents to apply for this program.
